Comprehensive in person training direct from our boiler experts.
In addition to theory, we provide a very hands-on approach with interactive classrooms and live demonstrations.
In a setting where you can physically work on our latest models, replace parts and program controls, you will have a unique informative learning experience. Limited class sizes ensure everybody gets the opportunity to participate, ask questions, and get their hands on the products to ensure you get the full value and confidence needed to effectively sell and service your IBC products.
Online training
For those who prefer to learn on their own time and pace, we offer a number of web based training opportunities. With pre-recorded webinars and specific training videos covering everything from product overviews to specific aspects of each product, you are sure to find content to expand on your product knowledge and confidence. New material is being added every month so check back often for the latest information on the IBC products you sell, install and service. We are happy to receive your feedback on content you would like to see added to our website.

If you can’t make one of our classes then our mobile training centers could be driven directly to you!
Fully equipped with our current models, our field training team can provide you and your team with your own personal product demonstration.
You can view our product, see the controls in action and speak one on one with our boiler experts, all in the convenience of your own location.
